Fit For Moore show some heart at their charity fundraiser

Fit For Moore British Heart Foundation fundraiser

Following on from the BHF ‘ Ramp Up The Red’ campaign on Friday 7th February we decided to ask all our members to wear something red at their classes and training sessions for this week and also to write messages of support and remembrance on a red heart that we put up on our studio mirrors and at our community classes in Horsted Keynes.

We hope to have raised over £200 by the end.

We have a fitness studio located above the Co-Op in South Road Haywards Heath where we run our Metabolic Effect classes at lunchtimes and early evenings and small group training sessions. We also run some local community classes in Horsted Keynes. One of our clients manages the BHF shop just opposite our studio so we wanted to help them with their campaign in some way and thought a ramp up the red week would be fun.

Wearing red has certainly encouraged some energy into our classes and made exercising all the more fun. We also offered a Free Months membership as a raffle prize at BHF’s Blue’s Brothers concert on the 22nd February.
