A happiness course which will teach simple methods to ease the stresses of modern life and help people live in a more content way is set to start later this month in Lindfield.
The course is the invention of organisation Action For Happiness, whose patron is none other than the Dalai Lama. The 8 week course is called ‘Exploring What Matters’ and each week there are videos, discussions and tools to help build your own route to happier living. It starts on Thursday January 28 at The Bent Arms from 7.30pm-9.30pm.
The sessions will be run by two local ladies, Elaine Noble and Natalie March, who have qualifications in mindfulness and positive psychology, as well as Coaching in Happiness itself. They are excited to be facilitating the course and would love you to join them.
So if you’d like to find out more please email either Elaine at firstname.lastname@example.org or Natalie at email@example.com
