Bedelands Farm and Hawthorns Residents’ Associations held their traditional fayre on Saturday July 4 at Leylands Park, Burgess Hill.

The arena events were kicked off by the Burgess Hill rumblers ensuring no one fell asleep during their performance!

Next up was the elemental circus who offered to lend a hand with the barbecue if the charcoals run out. Childrens’ sport events was overseen by volunteers from the Sheddingdean Baptist Church and the Sheddingdean Community Gospel Choir gave a rousing performance encouraging spectators to sing-a-long.

To help keep the calories down, Sam from Sussex Zest was on hand to lead the field workout. Tractors rides, bouncy castles and other stalls helped the afternoon become fun in the sun!
