Alice’s Wonderland World came to Northlands Wood School this week as the children and staff celebrated the love of books and reading.

Throughout the week the children were engaged in ‘Alice’ related activities including jam tart making, play script writing and maths using playing cards. The week culminated today with all staff and children dressing as characters from ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and a giant Mad Hatter’s tea party which was enjoyed by all. Mr Gavin Oulton, Headteacher said, ‘It has been great this week seeing the children so engaged with reading and the love of books’.
