Christmas Trees at Oakgates Farm: Oakgates Farm is now open for Christmas Tree Reservations. It really is a fantastic way to choose a tree and can involve the whole family. Go along to the farm and you will be given a label to put your name on, then off you go to wander around all the trees that are still growing outside. When you find the tree of your dreams then just tie on your label and let them know at reception when you want to pick it up. It will then be sawn and netted for you on your arranged day. Make sure you take wellies! Oakgates Farm is down Clearwater Lane, just past the garage in Scaynes Hill. They are open from 9.00 – 17.00 daily. For more information call on 01444 831189 or email [email protected]. Be quick though because they really do sell out quick because the trees are fabulous, the prices are great and the local family who own the business are so lovely and helpful. The farm now has a website http://www.oakgateschristmastrees.co.uk/ and a page on Facebook called Oakgates Christmas Trees.
