A drop in session is being held at Burgess Hill library on January 11 so that people can find out about a new 24-hour virtual library being set up by West Sussex County Council.

The new virtual library will offer free access to a wide range of ebooks, audio books, eMagazines and eNewspapers.

Library customers can borrow ten eBook titles and 10 eAudio titles for up to three weeks, there are no loan charges and loans automatically expire at the end of the lending period so there are no late fees.

There are 100 magazines to download covering gardening, cookery, cars, computers and other popular subjects. eNewspapers are available and there is a huge range of UK and overseas titles to choose from.

People can use many of the popular ereaders and tablets such as Kindle Fires, iPpads, Android tablets and phones.

To help spread the word Burgess Hill library is running a free dropin on Monday January 11 between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. Call 01444 255452 for more information. To take a look at ebooks on offer go to www.westsussex.gov.uk/ebooks.
