Warden Park celebrate improvement on last year’s GCSE results

Warden Park improved on last year’s GCSE results, with 68% of students achieving five A*-C grades.

Headteacher Johnathan Morris said he is ‘delighted to report a very strong set of GCSE results’.

“These represent an improvement in every aspect on last year’s impressive results. The school welcomes these positive results for a year group so saddened by the death of TJ Sibley.”

68% of students achieving five A*-C grades including English and Maths, with 85% achieving A*-C in Maths.

30 students took the AS-Level Free Standing Maths Qualification (FMSQ), 87% achieving A grade and 100% A-C.

Johanna Moiseiwitsch achieved 13A*s, and Morwenna Rickard got 12A*s wwith both achieving an A in their FMSQ.

Toby Collen, Abigail Dodwell, Eliza Henning, Lilly Hollingsworth, Tillie Hunter, Charlotte Mansfield, Katherine Peters, Jessica Pullen, Ruby Rienecker-Found and Naomi Shaughnessy all achieved all As and A*s.

Zoe Hazelden, Matthew Walker, Abbie Lindsey, Olivia Moore, Alexander Stobbs, Kieran Wells, Melissa Skeel, George Howard-May and Benjamin King were named as having made outstanding progress and achieved beyond expectations since entering Warden Park.
