Wellesley Wanderers raise nearly 7000 walking to new offices in Burgess Hill

Wellesley Wealth Advisory, a wealth management company formerly based in Shoreham by Sea, celebrated their move to new offices in Burgess Hill by holding a fundraising walk from office to office on March 26.

The company, a Principal Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, are the new occupants of 50 Victoria Road in Burgess Hill and will be moving properly to their new state of the art offices this month.

The team at Wellesley decided to raise funds for the Wellesley Charitable Foundation by walking the 25km route across the South Downs Way and then up to Burgess Hill.

The Wellesley Wanderers left Shoreham at 9am on the Wednesday morning and arrived in Burgess Hill shortly after 2pm – some of them looking slightly wearier than others!

It may have helped if they hadn’t tried to take the furniture with them…

Wellesley Charitable Foundation was set up in June 2012 with the purpose of helping organisations or groups who are working to support challenged young people in Sussex and the surrounding area.

Groups they have helped so far include Amaze, Whoopsadaisy, Albion in the Community, Red Cross (Sussex) and Asphaleia Action.

The team has raised nearly £7,000 so far.
