A woman was treated for burns after a fire in a ground floor flat in Haywards Heath.

Firefighters were called to the incident in Bentswood Road at around 11.30pm.

Two crews from Haywards Heath and one from Burgess Hill were sent to the property however the fire had been put out on their arrival.
