During the tour they were able to visit Bolnore Village School where the pupils were given the opportunity to showcase their garden activities and the judges and sponsors were able to witness the wonderful achievements the pupils are gaining from hands-on experience of food production and sustainability, which have been recognised by the many awards gained at the South of England Show by their gardening club.

The judges were also given the chance to meet the chairman, and allotment holders of Vale Road and to soak up the community spirit that is shared among the many allotments societies in our town, enjoyed by all ages and abilities. The aim of Haywards Heath In Bloom is to bring communities together through the love of the great outdoors to create welling and sustainability.
