Have your say

On Sunday 3rd September, travelling to Burgess Hill in a local taxi, our driver was concerned to see an elderly lady walking along the grass verge in Isaacs Lane towards Haywards Heath.

He stopped to ask where she was going and it was obvious she had no idea where she was.

Fortunately she knew her address and he drove her home, well over a mile away, before continuing with our journey. His concern could well have saved her life.

How fortunate we are to have local taxi drivers who are so caring.

Well done, Andy.
