As an ageing resident of Haywards Heath I rely on the local bus service to get around and feel strongly about the poor service we receive from the Sussex Bus Company.

They have a monopoly of the local town routes.

These were recently changed, seemingly without any consultation with the users and the new timetable is thoroughly unreliable.

I wonder how other residents feel. It would be so good if more people left their cars at home but with such a poor bus service I doubt if that will happen.
