Last week Franklynn Road leading to Princess Royal Hospital was resurfaced and the answer the county council gave for not resurfacing the uneven pavements was Asset Management Strategy, plus Utility undertakings reinstatements.

I believe there are powers to enable retrospective reinstatement - so why are the county council not acting to maintain our streets.
