An 88th minute goal was all it took for Haywards Heath Town to be into the hat for the next round of the FA Vase.

On paper Heath were the underdogs but a Westfield side who had won 8 games out of 8 in the league never got going as Heath deservedly progressed into the next round.

Despite plenty of pressure Heath were unable to turn it into goals with Nathan Cooper going the closest in the first half seeing his header from 6 yards well turned over the bar.

After the break Heath kept the pressure on and in the 88 minute the deadlock was finally broken. Jamie Weston swung a corner in and under pressure from Max Miller the Westfield keeper made a mess as the ball ended up in the back of the net.
