It’s D-Day for Robins
D DAY for Hassocks in their bid to claim a first senior trophy in their 110-year history is at the County Ground, Lancing, on Tuesday February 28 when they face Selsey in the RUR Cup semi finals.
By then they should know their opponents as the other semi final is set for the same venue seven days earlier, when Rye face Three Bridges.
Robins’ Reserves also have a semi final to look forward to as they play Newhaven in the Reserve Cup at Ringmer on Friday March 16. The winners’ opponents will be Selsey or Hailsham.
Other semi final ties are - John O’Hara League Cup: AFC Uckfield v Pagham (at Shoreham, March 13); Three Bridges v Rye (at Crowborough, March 14). Division 2 Cup: East Preston v Hailsham (at Shoreham, March 6); Littlehampton v Dorking Wands (at Horsham YMCA, Feb 22). Division 3 Cup: Broadbridge Heath v Ifield (at Horsham YMCA, Feb 29); Uckfield Town v Newhaven (at Ringmer, March 7).
