Max races in from F1 debut to help his old school

Racing driver Max Chilton flew in from Abu Dhabi where he made his Formula 1 debut to do his old school, Ardingly College, a service by officially opening their latest sports pavilion. The 21-year-old impressed his Marussia F1 bosses in the first practice session in Abu Dhabi and could have a bright future in the sport. But he was happy to return to Ardingly to open the £62,000 pavilion which means students no longer have to trudge down to 9 Acre without the prospect of access to a toilet, shelter or a hot drink.
