RUSH HOCKEY: This new sport comes to the Triangle on Tuesday with the first of three taster sessions. These will be held between 6-7pm on each Tuesday of January. The cost is £2 and you simply turn up on the night. It is fast, furious and fun, and will suit anyone who enjoys hockey but cannot commit to a team on a regular basis.
RUNNING: New running clubs are being set up at Freedom Leisure centres in Mid Sussex as part of a Run England initiative. No booking is required, just turn up on the day: Tuesday 9.45am at The Triangle (£2) and Thursday 9.30am at The Dolphin (£1.50/£1 for Freedom Leisure members). All sessions are 1 hour.
NETBALL: Back to Netball sessions started at the Triangle this week and will continue each Monday for the next nine weeks. The daytime sessions run from 10am to midday and cost £3.50 per session. Participants receive a 50 per cent discount on the creche (excluding February 14). Further information from 01444 876000.
