Flying vets will float to earth from 12,000 feet to help the cats that they care for.
Four members of Cats Protection Sussex veterinary team at Chelwood Gate, near Haywards Heath, hope to raise at least £1,500 when they take the plunge on May 31 at Headcorn Airfield in Kent.

The quartet is head of veterinary services Maggie Roberts, veterinary field officer Vanessa Howie and veterinary administrators Trish Burke and Gemma Cook.

Anyone wishing to sponsor Cats Protection's 'flying vets' or find out more about the work of the charity, may contact Cats Protection's Helpline on 08702 099 099.
