AN online business retailer has gained permission from two local schools to supply their school uniform.
From this week onwards, parents of Oathall Community College and Lindfield Primary School will be able to buy their branded uniform online, for the first time ever.

www.sussexuniforms.co.uk is an initiative driven by two business women, Chrissie Wilkie and Georgina Audas, who have ambitious plans for the future. B

Both being parents and having successfully run their own businesses, they decided to pool their skills and make a difference in their local community.

Georgina Audas, Partner of Sussex Uniforms adds: "I know I've been in the situation as a full-time working mum when on a Monday my son found he'd lost his school jumper. I couldn't get to the shops until Saturday and it happened to be school photo week.

"I wished then I could have ordered online and had it delivered in time, and that's how the idea got started."

Parents who buy on-line from Sussex Uniforms can also make a voluntary contribution to the school PTA if they wish.

More schools are planned for the future and interested parties can contact Chrissie and Georgina by email at info@sussexuniforms.co.uk
