THOUSANDS of garden lovers enjoyed a splash of spring colour across the district.
Experts say that cold weather earlier this year prompted the concentrated displays at attractions like Sheffield Park, Wakehurst, and Nymans.
Photographs snapped up the chance to capture the dazzling colours before the skies became greyer this week.
