Tickets are £5 adults, £4 children under 16, or a family ticket £15.

The tickets are for sale at the Pavilion Cafe, the Eight Bells pub, the Post office and Sussex Crafts in Cuckfield. No tickets will be available on the night.

The stars of the children s gangster film were Jodie Foster and Bob Hoskins and it proved a box office hit on its release.

The concept of open-air cinemas started in the USA, where drive-in movies were especially popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
