Treve Cottage near Petworth will be open once again this summer for its annual fortnight-long art show.
The two weeks will offer a mix of artworks in the studio and house plus marquees in the garden under the oaks and the weeping willow.
Promised are: ceramics by Mignon Korn and potters Wendy Farley and Annabel Munn; and paintings by prize-winning London artist David Taborn, works by John Hitchens, and country scenes by Andrew Thompson, plus etchings by Kate Boxer, who exhibits all over the country.
There will be linocuts by Sally Cutler in the studio, plus a video of her at work on a series of portrait heads, recently seen at the royal Portrait Painters’ exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London. Also in the studio will be a mix of work by Euan Cunningham - sculptural furniture, plus line drawings and a book of London and local scenes, highlighted with patches of colour.
Alan Waters will be besom-making and Mick Waterhouse will be demonstrating woodcarving.
