Ensemble Reza return to Cuckfield for warming winter concert

Classical music lovers can enjoy a wonderful afternoon with Ensemble Reza on Sunday, January 31 (3pm), at Holy Trinity Church, Cuckfield.

The concert features Dvorak’s String Sextet in A major Op.48 and Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence.

Both pieces offer an exciting ‘tour de force’, combining rich and beautiful melodies with colourful folk tunes.

“Set up in 2013 and including professional musicians from Sussex, Ensemble Reza represent some of this country’s leading orchestras, including the London Philharmonic, the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

“The combination of highly talented musicians, who are close friends performing together, results in breathtaking performances, which have become the unique sound of Ensemble Reza.

This concert will include: Lucy Jeal (guest leader), Andrew Thurgood (violin), Anna Cooper, Matthew Quenby (violas) Pavlos Carvalho and Sarah Carvalho-Dubost (cellos).

Tickets cost £13 for adults and £3 for under 18s.
