Festival boasts beers, ciders, wine and nine superb bands

Gates open at 1pm, with the entertainment running through until 11pm.

Spokesman Ray Merridew is also promising an array of beers, ciders and wine, delicious barbecue, raffle prizes and fun for all the kids.

“Willie Austen, who needs no introduction, will kick things off at 1.45pm followed by the wonderful Catfish, a blues band with rock overtones, experienced musicians and a talented young guitarist – not to be missed!

“A real highlight will be Red Butler. Led by Alex Butler, they were voted Best New UK Act 2014 (Blues Matters Magazine). Their debut album has been very favourably reviewed.

Red Butler performs with fire and intensity as part of a new generation of British rock/blues and has been well received all over the country.

“Up next are Worry Dolls, feisty, energetic, highly talented and driven to write music that compares with their heroes. Emma Baldry has a voice that could send a house crashing to the floor with one chorus – an exciting new band attracting a lot of attention.

“Aimée – now ably supported by her brother and sister –has played numerous festivals across the country including the Isle of Wight and Cornbury. A welcome return to Loxwood.

“Asylum Affair have built up a great reputation as being one of the best, most fully-booked, classic rock cover bands around. Get your air guitar tuned and don’t miss out!

“Talk of the Town will play classic hits from a decade of synthesizers, shoulder pads and the Rubik’s Cube! A superb six-piece band who will simply demand that you dance!

“Throbbin Hood will entertain you with their own brand of pop, rock and dodgy lyrics!

Expect dancing twin guitarists, all sorts of on-stage antics and loads of great choons!

Then what can we say really…. Iron Tyger will quite simply batter you with ’80s rock, combined with a catalogue of iconic tunes which has prompted sparkling responses from audiences across the UK – do not miss them!”
