Fun-filled festival celebrates Golden Jubilee at Burgess Hill’s St Paul’s College

The grand finale to St Paul’s Catholic College Golden Jubilee Festival celebrations of 50 years of education in Sussex is this Saturday (July 19) with a fun-filled festival for local families.

There will be a huge amount of activities throughout the day to excite and entertain.

There are acts showcasing the talents of past and present teachers and pupils, including live performances from X factor contender Alejandro Fernandez Holt, Samba Band Bloco Blanco, Shoot from the Hip – Belly Dancers, songs from the musicals Les Miserables and We Will Rock You and much more.

There will be a number of sporting activities being run by:

Coaches from Chelsea FC

Mid Sussex Netball club

Southdown Rovers Ladies FC

Haywards Heath Harriers Basketball

Also a volleyball tournament, fun run, bouncy castle, climbing wall and a circus skills workshop sessions available for all.

There will be a number of food stalls, a licenced bar and Pimms tent

The day will start at 12pm finishing with a fireworks finale at 10pm. Tickets are £3 per adult, children free.
