The charity also runs other projects in Uganda, including community projects installing water tanks, ‘light to read’ solar energy projects, child sponsorships and health projects funding medical students and developing a health clinic.

A special song has been composed for the event, featuring pupils from the Nkuringo Foundation Music School and the UK Pop Skool Choir.

The UK choir will perform the song on the night, accompanied by a specially commissioned video filmed in Uganda, featuring the Nkuringo choir.
