Sarah, 48, said the company had survived the Covid-19 crisis but any plans for a big celebration are on hold until government restrictions are lifted.

“Hopefully we’ll go and have a few drinks at some point this year but we haven’t got anything planned yet purely because of the pandemic,” she said.

“It’s been hard going. We did have another engineer working for us but we had to make him redundant after being on furlough for a year. It’s just me and Mick now.”

She added that business had been quiet, which was nice because they have been doing more local work.

Sarah, who took over the business four years ago, said that she and Mick plan to keep Aerialbeam as a totally family-run business with one van for the time being.

“I like the fact that it’s a small, independent, family company that just serves our area, so we’ll just stick to that,” she added.

But, she said she wanted Mid Sussex residents to know that the company is still going and that it follows all of the governments rules and regulations around Covid-19.

She added that they wear face masks when working for clients and use hand sanitiser frequently.

And they have water in their van so they can wash their hands regularly.

“It’s a reliable and local business that can be trusted,” said Sarah, adding that they have years of experience behind them and carry out every job safely.

She also said that Aerialbeam is grateful to its loyal customers for their ongoing support over the years.

All of Aerialbeam’s work is fully guaranteed for 12 months, including parts and labour.

Aerialbeam’s additional services include: HD box installation, mounting TVs on walls, installing telephone extension points and gutter clearing.
