Burgess Hill shops reopen – in pictures

Peacocks, New Look and Shoe Zone were among retailers to open their doors for the first time in three months. But one store proved popular today, The Fabric Shop in Church Walk. A queue of shoppers standing two metres apart were seen outside the store. Nadine King, centre manager of The Martlets Shopping Centre said the town was ‘looking lively’ on the first day. Sam Mansell, manager of the Market Place Shopping Centre, thanked shoppers for their continued support over recent months, adding: “We look forward to welcoming them back into the centre once again.
