Horsham Cotswold Outdoor launches in-store appointment service

Cotswold Outdoor in Horsham has launched an in-store appointment service to coincide with its reopening.

The stores, which has now reopened, will have experienced and knowledgeable in-store experts on hand to provide personalised advice, kit recommendations and a variety of bespoke in-store fitting services, a company spokesman said.

He added: “Appointments are free to arrange, in-store or online, and come with no obligation to spend.

“By booking an appointment, customers get priority in-store service at the pre-arranged time.”

In line with government advice, there will be several new store processes and policies in place to help keep customers and in-store experts safe. These include one-way systems, limiting the number of customers in-store at a time and constantly reviewed hygiene measures.
