All are sharing their fails and successes on social media with the hashtag #TeaBagChallenge and donating to the charity.

Mark Bootle, branch manager at Parkers Building Supplies, Haywards Heath, said: “We’ve had such fun doing the challenge, and we are asking everyone to join in.

“It’s a challenge that everyone can do, irrespective of age, location or physical fitness.

“The challenge is simple – video yourself trying to throw a teabag into a cup from at least a metres distance, share it, nominate and donate to Teenage Cancer Trust via www.justgiving.com/fundraising/chandlersbs-teabagchallenge or www.justgiving.com/fundraising/parkerbs-teabagchallenge.”
