The contest is a fast growing event which recognises excellence and innovation in businesses across an array of sectors in north and mid West Sussex and in the Lewes and Newhaven areas.

This year’s contest already promises to be the best yet and the quality of nominations has been of the highest standard, but now the clock is ticking down. There are 19 categories to enter, leaving you with no excuse not to take part in the award ceremony that businesses across the county are talking about. Maybe you think that your environmentally responsible business has a good chance of winning the Going Green category or maybe you run a business which is a shoe-in to win top prize in the Hospitality and Tourism Leisure category?

You are maybe a worker who thinks your boss is Employer of the year or that your colleagues are deserving of being named Team of the Year or that one of the younger members of the workforce has the talent to be awarded the title of Star of the Future? There is still the chance for your business to enter categories such as manufacturing and construction, large business or retailer or maybe your restaurant or cafe could be a contender in the Place to Eat category?

Nominations for the awards close at noon on Tuesday July 1 before our panel of judges sit down and decide who should be honoured at the glittering black tie awards ceremony at the Arora Hotel Gatwick-Crawley on Friday July 25.
