Right at Home Mid Sussex gets Five Star Employer status for second year in a row

Homecare provider Right at Home Mid Sussex has been awarded Five Star Employer status for the second year running.

The presentation followed an anonymous CareGiver satisfaction survey, which was run by independent researcher Workbuzz.

Some 96 per cent of staff completed the anonymised survey, with 98 per cent of respondents saying they are proud to work for Right at Home.

Some 94 per cent of CareGivers said they would recommend Right at Home Mid Sussex as a great place to work while 98 per cent of respondents would recommend its care services to family or friends.

Managing director Andy McNiven said Right At Home was proud of the achievement and that it was nice to have positive feedback from employees.

“It is an endorsement that staff feel supported in their employment, enjoy their work and generally feel comfortable to be employed by us over the longer term,” he said.

“When we started the company, it was always our intention to create a culture of positivity and mutual respect,” Andy added.

“These survey results prove that our staff have all adopted that vision.”

Right at Home supports clients across Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and other villages in Mid Sussex.

It provides a range of services that allow people to continue living independently and safely in their own homes.

These services include: companionship, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, specialist dementia care and 24-hour live-in care.
