RSPCA’s volunteer offer

The National Community and Events Team raises money through sponsored generated fundraising events and is looking for a volunteer to join the organisation for 12 weeks.

The charity is looking for someone to help out for a minimum of two days a week for at least 12 weeks.

The role is unpaid, but reasonable travel and lunch expenses will be paid.

The team also organises volunteers taking part in challenge events, such as the London Marathon, Great North Run and Bupa London 10,000.

The opportunity will provide an effective means of developing events fundraising skills. This could be a good experience for someone with no previous direct fundraising experience or who wishes to develop them further.
