Brock is a two-year-old German shepherd with heaps of character who will make a loyal companion.

Dogs Trust Shoreham staff say that Brock has a zest for life and a puppy-like disposition that puts a smile on the face of anyone who works with him.

But Brock also has a sensitive side that means meeting new people can be daunting for him, but once you have gained his trust you will have gained a loyal companion with nothing but love to give.

Brock’s favourite past times are playing games, learning new tricks and relaxing with a tasty long-lasting chew.

Dogs Trust would like to find Brock experienced owners who have a keen interest in positive, reward-based training, and who can provide Brock with plenty of opportunity to express his enthusiasm.

A family with an active lifestyle would be perfect, ideally an adult-only home with a maximum of three people, where Brock is the only pet and there is always someone around for company.

A quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of busy, high-populated areas is essential, as is walks in quieter areas.

The rehoming centre in Brighton Road is currently closed but people can still apply for dogs and the charity can start the adoption process. Visit www.dogstrust.org.uk/ for more information.
