For the past six years executive chef, Phil Dixon has been producing menus that can be measured as brilliant in every way. Phil’s dishes are experimental, innovative and greatly influenced by the seasons. The team are ambassadors of using local suppliers as well as home-grown ingredients nurtured within Langshott Manor’s very own gardens.
