Agency named best in West Sussex

Market leading Horsham estate agents Brock Taylor joined a selection of the UK’s very best architects, developers, interior designers and fellow estate agents at The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square for the Annual UK Property Awards.

These leading property professionals were invited to attend the UK Property Awards in association with Gaggenau, Yamaha and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to celebrate their exceptional achievements.

Brock Taylor’s managing director Peter Maskell attended the glamorous black tie event and was delighted to collect the award for Best Estate Agency in West Sussex for the third consecutive year.

Peter commented: “Having already collected this prestigious accolade for the previous two years I knew that competition would be as fierce as ever and so I was both delighted and surprised that we managed to win the title.

“These awards are highly coveted within the industry and there was strong local competition from a number of well respected competitors. However we have had another record-breaking year in what is a challenging economic environment, so knew that our entry would be very hard to beat.”

Peter added: “This is a very busy period for me and the team as we have also been shortlisted for the National Awards of The Negotiator – for UK’s best independent estate agency - and by The Home Sale Network as the best estate agency in the South East of England too. Naturally we are honoured to be in consideration for these prestigious titles, although it is testament to the hard work that the staff put in and commitment that we all have to provide a high level of service. The measure of a good estate agent is that they are able to sell property in any market and so although it is still perceived by many people that the market is quiet we will again sell more properties this year than any previous year.”
