National show attracts many hundreds of potential buyers

Hamptons International enjoyed a successful day at the exclusive London Property Showcase event which took place on Thursday, May 19.

Hundreds of investors and buyers in search of properties attended the event, where over 17,000 properties currently for sale (with a combined value of over £6bn), including those marketed by Hamptons, were showcased.

Property experts, conveyancing and surveying specialists and mortgage advisors were on hand to offer their expertise and guidance at no charge to visitors, with many appointments lasting over 30 minutes. Visitors also varied, from couples seeking their next home and first-time buyers to small scale buy-to-let investors and large scale foreign investors looking to build UK property portfolios worth over £500m+.
