Sunday June 15, 10am: Meet at The Long car park, Ashdown Forest, 1 mile south of Wych Cross crossroads or 2 miles north of Nutley on A22 (GR: TQ 426310). “Ashdown Airstrip and Vachery”. A walk to explore both the hidden gardens of Ashdown Forest and a WW2 airstrip. 5½ miles. Gets a bit hilly. Dogs welcome on a lead. Please bring a snack. Sunday June 15, 10.15am: Meet at Burgess Hill railway station forecourt (GR: 122/TQ 316188). Burgess Hill Town Festival. Path along east side of railway to bridge – Water Tower – Wellhouse Lane – along wide verge on west side of B2112 – Fragbarrow – Folders Lane – Green Circle (Birchwood Grove Road – Sunset Lane) – return along east side of railway to station. 4½ miles, 2½ hours. Tuesday June 17, 10.30am: Meet at South Hill Barn car park off Chyngton Way, Seaford (GR: 123/TV 503982). South Hill Barn circular walk. Hope Bottom – Hope Gap – Cuckmere Haven – Vanguard Way – Exceat Bridge – Cuckmere River – Charleston Reed Bank – New Bridge (P) Tile Barn – High And Over – Golden Galleon – Chyngton Farm – South Hill Barn car park. 9 miles. Wednesday June 11, 5.30pm: Meet in Devil’s Dyke Hotel car park (free to NT members) (122/TQ 258110). Walk via Dyke Hill, Devil’s Dyke, Poynings, Fulking, Fulking Hill, Dyke Hill. Note: A familiar but exhilarating walk for a June evening, Pubs along the way. 4½ miles of Downland with steep climbs up and down.

Saturday June 14, 2pm: Meet at the car park on the south side of B2110 in Forest Row (135/TQ 426349). Walk via Weir Wood reservoir, Horseshoe Farm, Brambletye House, Forest Way. A 5 mile undulating walk.

Sunday June 15, 10.30am: Meet in North Street car park, Midhurst (toilets available) (GU29 9DW) (133/SU 887218). Walk via the town centre, Midhurst Common, Minstead, Trotton (L), Chithurst, Stedham, Woolbeding Bridge. 10½ miles of heath, riverbank, fields and woods.
