Quicksilver, comprising Hilary Spencer and Grant Baynham, are the special guest act at The Willows Folk Club in Arundel on Wednesday, September 12.

Club spokesman Chris Davis said: “Hilary and Grant first began performing together almost a decade ago, and from the very first note enjoyed a meteoric rise in stature on the UK folk scene, pulling in large audience numbers and earning effusive praise wherever they’ve played.

“Individually, both Hilary and Grant have enjoyed highly successful careers in music. With a dazzling singing voice and wonderful sense of humour, Hilary is perhaps best known for her work with vocal harmony trio Artisan, one of the most enduring acts on the UK folk scene for over 20 years.
