Ardingly College: '˜Get help to get connected' returns for the New Year. Ardingly College, Mid Sussex Older People's Council and the Parish Council have been working in partnership with the '˜Get help to get connected' sessions, which ran last year and have been very successful and therefore are continuing to run in the New Year. Would you like to learn how to get connected to your friends and family via the internet or over the phone? Would you like help with your shopping, but cannot get to the shops? If you have a laptop, tablet or mobile phone bring it along, if not still come along as students can advise you on what is available, what price and how they work. Who is it for? - Anyone 50+ living in Ardingly or the surrounding area. If you cannot get to the college, a school minibus will be organised. Please call Anita on 01444 24276001444 242760 in advance to book a lift. Every Monday, term time only 1.45 pm '“ 3 pm at Ardingly College.

Thursday 17th March 8pm: Healing with Colour Light. You will be introduced to the power of colour light which can treat a variety of every day’s symptoms, physical and psychological. You will be able to try this colour light on yourselves and others so that you can manifest the subtle, but most beneficial, change in you energy. £5 for guests, free for Friends & Members of the centre. Friday 18th March 3.30pm: Capture the Magic of Sleep with Bunty Dann HG.Dip.P. We all do it and spend a third of our life doing it!. Sleep is fundamental to our physical and mental health. Come and Join Bunty to find out why we do it, experienced a relaxation technique to help it and leave with some simple techniques to improve it. Free entry, everyone welcome.
