Bin set alight in Burgess Hill
A refuse bin was set alight on purpose in Burgess Hill yesterday (Sunday June 1).
Firefighters were called out at around 2.45pm to Lower Church Road where the bin was on fire.
A hose reel was used to deal with the incident which has been described by the emergency service as ‘deliberate ignition’.
