Rawson Hall: The AGM will take place on Thursday June 16, 8pm in the Rawson Hall.
Bolney Volunteers: some of the achievement over the past year have included the erection of a school bus shelter on Ryecroft Road, planting 3500 bulbs around the village, the building of a barbecue at the Rawson with benches set either side, installing village gates with ‘Welcome to Bolney’ signs at four positions around the village as well as the markers on the A272 with raised flower beds and benches all as part of the traffic calming measure and the usual ‘litter pick’.
Our neighbouring village: Twineham is celebrating the 500th Anniversary of their Parish Church, St Peters. They are having several celebrations in June and July. On Saturday June 25 10.30am - 5pm the church will be hosting a flower festival depicting ‘Sussex in the Countryside’. There will also be gardens open to the public between 2pm - 5pm. The starting point for these will be at St.Peter’s Church and car parking you will find in the field adjacent to the church.
