BREAKING NEWS: Police seal off Ifield Parade following robbery

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Investigations are taking place following a reported robbery yesterday. We have sealed off the area.”

Eyewitness Paul Ballard, 62, was on his way to get some shopping this morning at the parade.

He said: “The shops are closed and there is heavy police presence. Police said the shops wern’t likely to open until this afternoon.

“A neighbour told me there had been a big fight and someone had been robbed and officers were waiting for forensics to come in.”
