The Martlets Shopping Centre, in Burgess Hill, will be hosting a spooky day of fun on Halloween (October 31).

From 11am until 4pm there will be activities including face painting, a craft workshop.

There will also be the chance for children to trick or treat around the shopping centre, giving a chance to enjoy the fun of trick-or-treating without knocking on strangers’ doors.

Selected stores across the centre will have a Halloween poster in their window to indicate children can go inside and receive a free treat.

Ian Goodridge, centre manager of The Martlets Shopping Centre, said: “Halloween is a fantastic time to dress up and have some fun and we are delighted to be offering families plenty of exciting activities to enjoy throughout the day. This will be a great way to do some safe trick or treating and create

“Halloween inspired crafts with friends or family.

“We look forward to everyone’s fancy dress costumes throughout the day and I hope everyone has a great day out.”
