Cathryn’s bake-off cooks up some tasty recipes in plenty of family fun
Cathryn Dresser became a familiar face on BBC TV’s ‘Great British Bake Off’ last year. Now, she is putting her expertise to good use by helping others.
Earlier this month, at Knowles Tooth Children’s Centre in Hurstpierpoint, independent charity ‘Family Support Work’ held a baking workshop for families it helps out. Cathryn, who is a patron of the charity, enjoyed an afternoon of baking with 12 families who prepared some of her recipes. The charity helps families to deal with an array of social problems such as unemployment.
