Steven Edwards, owner and Head Chef of etch. commented: “The opening of etch. is a very proud moment for me. I have found the perfect location in Brighton – the local produce available here is outstanding and I’ve loved getting to know the suppliers.

“There is already a fantastic food and drink offering in Brighton so I can’t wait to open the doors and share etch. with the public now.”

Having trained with some of the country’s leading chefs, including Raymond Blanc and Chris Wheeler, Steven previously worked at the five-star South Lodge Hotel in Sussex, where he won Sussex Young Chef of the Year in 2010. etch. by Steven Edwards is located on 216 Church Road, Hove, and will be open Wednesday – Saturday for dinner and also for lunch on Saturdays.
