The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.
Richard Graham, 32, of Franklands Village, Haywards Heath, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug (cannabis).
Anna Peach, 54, of High Street, Ardingly, was fined £310, with a £31 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, and to failing to stop after an accident.
Joshua Hewes, 19, of Silver Birches, Haywards Heath, was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and £150 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to common assault and assaulting a police officer at Crawley, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence at Lindfield.
Jason Edwards, 29, of Manning Close, East Grinstead, was banned from driving for three years, with a £165 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £620 costs. He had been found guilty of failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen, and pleaded guilty to failing to answer bail.
Nicole Rogers, 49, of Reeds Lane, Sayers Common, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and ten penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breach alcohol specimen.
