Court results - Mid Sussex

The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Jake Binns, 21, of Gloucester Place, Brighton, was banned from driving for 17 months, with a £575 fine, a £58 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Burgess Hill.

James Harris, 19, of Henfold Lane, Beare Green, was banned from driving for a year, with a £185 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving at Warninglid with illegal levels of a cannabis metabolite in his blood.

Franco de Mundo, of Pineham Close, Haywards Heath, was fined £83, with £44.17 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had pleaded guilty to keeping a vehicle on a public road while it was subject to a SORN.

Steven Jenkins, 55, of Church Walk, Burgess Hill, was fined £147, with £24.17 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had pleaded guilty to using a vehicle at Pease Pottage while it was subject to a SORN.

Sean Salvage, of Pelham Road, Lindfield, was fined £220, with £21.67 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping a vehicle on a public road while it was subject to a SORN.

Hannah Shaw, 38, of Glebe Road, Cuckfield, was fined £220, with £21.67 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping a vehicle on a public road at Wivelsfield while it was subject to a SORN.

Aaron Bailey, 18, of Wivelsfield Road, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £180 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £310 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving.
