Police appeal after Crawley assault left man with broken nose

Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Crawley.

Officers were called to a bust-up in a car park behind KFC in the High Street at around 7pm on Monday May 18 in which a man was left with a broken nose and fractured eye socket.

He was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police say they believe a number of people were present in the area at the time of the assault, and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
