Delays warning after three cars involved in Hassocks collisions
Sussex Police are warning drivers after a road closure in Mid Sussex this morning following several collisions.
They say drivers are advised to use an alternative route due to an accident on the Brighton Road, Hassocks, southbound carriageway that has lead to the road being closed across both lanes.
Police and emergency services were called to Donkey Row, Newtimber, Hassocks at around 8.45am following reports of a car colliding with the central reservation and a further two cars then colliding.
Police say there are no reports of any serious injury but traffic is heavy and moving very slowly.
